The Peninsula Spa offers a variety of programs to facilitate a continued lifestyle of wellness for our members. All members begin their membership with a complimentary initial consultation with one of our Fitness Consultants. This one-hour appointment includes a review of medical history, goal setting and instruction in the proper use of the exercise equipment to meet each member's specific needs. To ensure the safety of our members and to protect our equipment, we strongly recommend that all members take advantage of the initial consultation.
