MOTHER'S DAY BRUNCH
Treat mom to a spectacular brunch in the sun-drenched Lobby. The menu features a breakfast bar with Baked Egg Frittatas, Organic Omelettes and a Sweet and Savoury Waffle Station; Cheese Table with local and imported artisanal cheeses; Noodle Station featuring Farfalle Pasta with Rock Shrimps, Roasted Bell Peppers and Arugula; Seafood Station serving freshly shucked Oysters, Soft Shell Crabs and Live Scallops, and a Carving Station with Five-Spiced Lamb Rack, Roasted Wild Salmon and Smoked Strip Loin of Beef. An exquisite array of desserts includes Grand Marnier Chiffon Cake with Raspberries, White Chocolate Cheesecake and Dark Chocolate Profiteroles. Mother’s Day Brunch is US$ 128 per person and US$ 30 for children under the age of 12, with four seatings from 10:30 am until 5:30 pm.

    HEALTH, WEALTH AND HAPPINESS AT SHANGHAI TERRACE,
    AND THE NEW DIM SUM BRUNCH

    Shanghai Terrace is notable as much for its intensely flavoured Shanghainese and Cantonese dishes as it is for its matchless service and 1930s supper club atmosphere. The new “Yum Cha at The Pen” is an elegant Dim Sum Brunch with over 30 selections of dim sum. Diners can also sample drinks from the intriguing Asian tea menu. Brunch is offered from 12:00 noon to 2:30 pm on Sundays.

    The Shanghai Terrace lunch features a selection of dim sum, appetisers and entrées, and created especially with the busy executive in mind are the Health, Happiness and Wealth bento boxes. The Health box (US$ 24) features Soup of the Day, Mushroom Salad, Tofu, Ginger Fried Rice and Crème Brûlée dessert. The Happiness bento box (US$ 32) includes Soup of the Day, Asian Chicken Salad, Steamed Cod Fish, Singapore Noodles and Crème Brûlée dessert, while the Wealth bento box (US$ 36) offers Soup of the Day, Shanghai Roll, Black Pepper Beef, Seafood Fried Rice and Crème Brûlée dessert.
