Get the most out of your hard work with our specialty Marathon Massages designed specifically to enhance, strengthen and prevent injuries.

Train Massage

IT Band and knee release combined with deep work to the Psoas, Illiaccus, Glutes, Quads, Hamstrings, Adductors, and Calves will literally set your body in motion.  The Peninsula Spa recommends to book during your training process training, up to two days before or a long run.

60 and 90 minute services available.

Run Massage

Soften, stretch, separate and lengthen muscles to prepare them to perform at their peak and lessen the risk of injury. The Peninsula Spa recommends to book at least two days before race day or earlier.

Recover Massage

Relax, stretch, prevent cramping and shorten your recovery time by increasing circulation and flushing out lactic acid build-up. Rejuvenate your strained and tired muscles when you book this massage following the race.
