Executive Chef Mike Wehrle and Executive Pastry Chef Dimitri Fayard are pleased to present “Chocolate at The Pen,” Chicago’s premier chocolate bar in The Lobby at The Peninsula Chicago. “Chocolate at The Pen” takes place Friday and Saturday evenings from 8:00 pm to midnight, and promises sweet satisfaction for those looking for a little indulgence after dinner and features a selection of one- and two-bite elegant chocolate desserts and petite chocolate delicacies as well as unlimited coffee, cappuccino or espresso.
